Guarding your site from a portable accommodation cabin
Saturday, October 30th, 2010There are many reasons why you might need portable accommodation, but in most instances, they are used by builders and contractors when they need to live on site or they want to have a presence on site for security purposes.
Portable accommodation also means that you have somewhere warm and dry in which you can conduct any site meetings with your contractors or client without having to stand in the rain or sit in your car.
All portable accommodation cabins come with kitchen and bathroom facilities so you can pretty much live inside it until your new house is ready or until the site is safe enough that it doesn’t need to be guarded any longer. Portable accommodation is certainly cheaper than hiring a security guard to be there every night.
When you are choosing between the portable accommodation cabins, you will need to decide what size of cabin you need and how many people are going to be using it. If it is just for yourself, you could probably get away with a small cabin with the necessary facilities. The cabin can be heated using electric heaters and there is insulation in the walls so there is no fear of you getting cold during the winter.
