One question which many people ask is whether or not the containers are fireproof? Obviously no structure is going to be one hundred percent fireproof however containers which are made from steel and marine plywood offer a very high level of resistance to this.

Make sure that if people are going to be in the structure on a regular basis that there is the proper fire exits and that there is an extinguisher present in a very prominent place. A fire blanket may also be a good idea as safety cannot be compromised, no matter how unlikely it is to be called in to action.
